Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote EMC/EMI testing services. This role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
– Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
– Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and client requirements.
– Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
– Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
– Provide feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in EMI/EMC testing.
– Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMC/EMI testing market.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
– Track market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
– 5+ years of sales experience in a technical or engineering domain, preferably in EMC/EMI testing.
– Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Ability to understand and explain technical products or services.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Experience in testing or certification industry.
– Familiarity with EMC/EMI testing standards.
